- Booking Details: Your chosen pickup and drop-off locations (address and coordinates).
- Payment Information: We only accept cash payments in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
- Support Correspondence: Any information you send when contacting customer support.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise GPS, Wi-Fi, and cellular data to enable ride-booking, route calculation, and real-time tracking.
- Usage Analytics: Interaction metrics (features used, search history, ride history) to help us improve the App.
- Device & Network Information: Device model, operating system version, unique identifiers, and network carrier.
- Local Storage: Recent searches and selected locations saved via SharedPreferences; cached booking data stored locally (e.g., SQLite).
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Authentication & Mapping Services: Google (sign-in and Maps/Places APIs).
- Backend & Storage Services: Supabase (user authentication, database, file storage).
- ETA Prediction Provider: A third-party ETA service that receives anonymized coordinates and time-of-day data.
- Other Integrations: Any additional vendors we engage, each subject to their own privacy practices.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Operate, maintain, and enhance the App's functionality (e.g., booking, routing, ETA calculations).
- Authenticate and manage your user account.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Send transactional messages and respond to support inquiries.
- Personalize your experience (e.g., recent searches).
- Ensure App security and prevent fraud.
- Conduct internal analytics to understand usage trends and improve our service.

- Service Providers: Third parties (e.g., PayMongo, Supabase, Google, ETA providers) who perform services on our behalf. They only receive the information necessary to provide their services and must protect it.
- Drivers: To fulfill ride requests, we provide the assigned driver with your name and pickup (and, if necessary, drop-off) location.
- Legal & Safety: Disclosure if required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to legal process (e.g., subpoenas).
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred, subject to confidentiality and notice requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no security measure is perfect or impenetrable.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as required to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Local data caches may remain on your device until you clear them or uninstall the App.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access & Correction: Review and update your account details within the App's profile settings.
- Location Permissions: Enable or disable location access via your device settings; disabling location will limit App functionality.
- Notifications: Opt out of push notifications via your device's notification settings.
- Account Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at the address below.
- Local Data Clearing: Clear recent searches within the App or erase cached data via your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under 13 (or higher age where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
